Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery nationwide. You can pay the rider at the time of receiving your handcrafted decor.

What material is used in your trays and holders?
At The Imperial Crafts, we use premium quality wood (such as Sheesham or high-grade MDF/Hardwood) to ensure durability and a rich aesthetic. Each piece is hand-finished to highlight natural wood grains.
How should I clean the wooden items?
Wipe with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid direct contact with excessive water or harsh cleaning chemicals to preserve the polish and wood quality.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day checking warranty. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours for an exchange or return.
How do I report a damaged item?
